Prior to co-founding TGP in 2006, Mr. Graham was a Vice President of George K. Baum Merchant Banc, LLC where he served as part of its management team from 2000 to 2009. Prior to joining Baum, he worked in the investment banking industry with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co. Lehman Brothers Inc., and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Mr. Graham has considerable experience working with middle market companies, their management teams and ownership groups to achieve varied strategic objectives. He currently serves on the board of directors of TGPCP-II’s portfolio companies and is a member of the Executive Committee of Lead To Read KC, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the social, emotional and reading skills that are foundational for student success by advancing its literacy platform in high-need Kansas City elementary schools. Mr. Graham earned a B.S. degree in Finance from Kansas State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
