TGP Investments, LLC (“TGP”), the manager of private equity investment fund TGP Capital Partners, LLC (the “Fund”), is pleased to announce that the Fund has sold DaVinci Roofscapes, LLC (“DaVinci”), to ”) to Royal Building Products, Inc., a subsidiary of the public company, Westlake Chemical (Ticker: WLK) (“Westlake”).
Based in Lenexa, Kansas, DaVinci (www.DaVinciRoofscapes.com) is a manufacturer and marketer of composite roofing shingles serving the residential housing market.
